During your event promotion, our Client Experience Specialist will take care of attendee registrations, respond to enquiries and share webinar updates with participants.
Preparing for the Big Day
We will hold a technical rehearsal with the speakers before the event. If you will like to leverage technology tools to drive audience engagement, we will be able to suggest and set up these tools.
The big day is here. Once we go live, we will provide technical support to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.
Wrapping Up Post-Event
We will send thank you messages to your attendees. We will also provide you with a post-event report to give you insights into your audience engagement.
Founder and Head of Client Experience
Hannah has 10 years of experience in the corporate training industry. She began her career as a Conference Producer at an event management company and made her way up to become the General Manager.
Clients she has worked with include MNCs and large local companies from the private and public sectors. She has managed over 250 workshops and business conferences in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai and China, covering a range of topics on digital marketing, communications, community engagement, internal audit, legal and compliance.
Client Experience Specialist
Hafizah has 3 years of experience in event management and administration. She has successfully planned and executed industry conferences and trainings in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and China.
She was previously responsible for Conference Relations Management at an event company, working with corporate clients across Asia. During the pandemic, she was a key member in helping the company pivot to virtual events.
Before joining the MICE industry, she was a Flight Stewardess at Singapore Airlines.
